Sew Mindful Too (Grades 3 to 6):
An introductory hand sewing class designed for students in grades 3 to 6, aimed at enhancing confidence as they create handmade toys, clothing, and household items. Additionally, this camp integrates mindfulness techniques to assist students in handling stress and anxiety effectively. |

Social Etiquette Jr (Grades 3 to 6)
The Junior Social Etiquette camp enables students to grasp the concept of manners and differentiate between good and bad manners in different environments. Participants will enhance their confidence by mastering the art of making positive first impressions, improving public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, and engaging in mindfulness exercises for stress relief. |

Take it to the Stage (Grades 3 to 6)
"Take It to the Stage" is an interactive class designed to assist students in enhancing their stage presence and refining their acting abilities. During this course, students will engage in theater games and activities aimed at boosting their acting skills while fostering confidence, communication, and teamwork. Additionally, this camp integrates mindfulness techniques to assist students in handling stress and anxiety effectively. |

Sew Mindful Hand Sewing for Teens (Grades 7 to 12): An engaging sewing camp designed for teenagers and preteens who are new to sewing. Attendees enhance their confidence by honing their hand-sewing abilities to craft practical items for personal use and as gifts. Additionally, this camp integrates mindfulness techniques to assist students in handling stress and anxiety effectively.

Social and Professional Etiquette for Teens Grades 7-12): The Social and Professional Etiquette camp aims to cultivate vital 21st-century social skills alongside upholding traditional etiquette. During the camp, participants will engage in activities that boost communication skills, foster collaboration, and develop leadership abilities. Additionally, students will partake in mindfulness exercises that provide tools for stress management.

Improv for Teens Grades 7-12): Improvisation involves spontaneous actions without prior preparation, a valuable skill applicable in daily situations. This class focuses on enhancing improvisation abilities and fostering collaboration to craft engaging dramatic sketches.
Campers strengthen critical thinking skills and their abilities to think on their feet, in order to respond quickly to different situations. |
